How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7-10 working days. All systems are thoroughly bench tested before delivery
What payment methods do you accept?
budgetoption.co.uk accepts all major credit and debit cards payments through a secure payment server.
Where are you located?
Our head office is located in West Yorkshire.
Can I make upgrades at any point?
If you wish to upgrade a component after we have received your final order we will take payment for the upgrade and a £10 administration fee. If you wish to upgrade after you have received the system we can supply any parts but please note this will be full price of component not upgrade price, we will not be responsible for any damage caused when installing the component. Please see Terms & Conditions.
So why budget option?
This is where you can go if you’re after a general family PC or system for work. Don’t be fooled by the name just because its “budget” doesn’t mean its cheap nasty components. We use some of the best components and we give them to you at a great price.
How does the RTB warranty work?
All details of warranty can be found in the Terms & Conditions. We do not offer a onsite warranty option only return to base warranty (RTB).
Can I upgrade my PC?
We ask all customers to call or inform us that they intend to upgrade the system. If any damage is suffered to a component from a customer upgrading without informing budgetoption.co.uk the warranty on the damaged item and system will be VOID. Full details can be found in the Terms & Conditions.

Why should I trust you?
We are a new company but we have studied the PC market and we believe we can offer something different. We guarantee that the systems are top spec and the build quality will also be second to none. We don’t believe in throwing components together and then straight out of the door. As we keep saying quality is the key. Our prices are good and we offer full support for the lifetime of the product.
Why no AMD systems?
We build all our systems with Intel processors because customers get more performance for their money. The Intel chip is fast, reliable and it out performs the AMD chip hands down. (Please note that this is our opinion which we have due to our experience over the years with both CPU manufacturers.)
Can I order specific components?
If you require a specific component please inform us before placing an order to prevent a £10 changing fee. We will then obtain the component and take a separate payment from you if required. The amendments will then show on your final order.

We aim to be honest with our customers and we aim to provide a top quality service. We want you to be happy with the money you spend and make sure that your new system is trouble free.
